We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Children 13-17 years old may receive treatments offered. The maximum treatment time for a youth is 50 minutes. Children must wear undergarments during massage and skin treatments. A parent or guardian over the age of 25 years old must be present for the duration of the treatment.
BRIDAL BOOKING POLICY
In order to book your date you must pay a non-refundable booking fee that allows us to book your assigned time for your date exclusively. The non-refundable booking fee is one half of your total services and fees booked. The remainder of your total is due and payable on the day of your event. A contract will be written at the time of the deposit.
BRIDAL CANCELLATION POLICY
You are responsible for the full amount of services contracted including bridesmaids, and others included in your contract. You are responsible for the full amount of services contracted including no-shows. You can cancel appointments up to one month prior to your date without being responsible for the full amount, however the booking fee is non-refundable. If you cancel your appointments within one month of the contracted date, you are still responsible for the full amount and will be billed accordingly.
ON-LOCATION TRAVEL FEE
Round trip mileage at .60¢ per mile out of San Jose per artist, ask for estimate. Where applicable, parking/valet fees will be added to the final balance on the event day.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. Sorry no checks.
